Sports Coaches Workshop
Workshops: Poise in the Noise™
The Poise in the Noise™ workshops for sports coaches are experiential, high-energy, and unlike any traditional coaching clinic or classroom session. These workshops place coaches directly into the role of a boxing cornerman for a day, immersing them in the same pressure-filled environment where clarity, communication, and decision-making are non-negotiable.
Often hosted inside a real boxing gym, coaches step into an unfamiliar but revealing setting where time is short, emotions are high, and every word matters. The boxing gym becomes the classroom. The corner becomes the lab. Coaches don’t just talk about pressure—they live inside it, experiencing firsthand what it feels like to lead when everything is loud, fast, and unforgiving.
Through interactive exercises, guided scenarios, and powerful debriefs, participants see how pressure changes what they notice, how they communicate, and how they show up for the people they lead. By becoming a cornerman—even briefly—coaches gain powerful insight into their own sideline behavior, leadership presence, and communication habits. The experience is fun, intense, challenging, and deeply engaging, producing immediate awareness and lasting behavioral change.
These workshops move beyond theory. They deliver practical, transferable tools coaches can apply immediately—on the sideline, in practice, and in the locker room.
